Kileken ole-MoiYoi is the Global Head of Strategy and Corporate Responsibility Initiatives at Novartis. In this capacity, he leads the strategic direction of global health and corporate responsibility, in addition to more operational strategic environment, social, and governance programs.

Kileken joined Novartis in 2011 with the Malaria Initiative where he led capacity building efforts working with national malaria programs in malaria endemic countries. He was responsible for forming key partnerships with multi-lateral, bilateral, and non-governmental organizations and led market insights for the research and development team for the antimalarial pipeline. He then transitioned to help lead the long-term company strategy in Africa, culminating in the launch of the sub-Saharan Africa Business Unit that prioritizes sustainably maximizing patient reach.

Kileken is currently leading the development of a new Environment, Social, and Governance strategy in the United States, where he launched the Beacon of Hope program aiming to co-create solutions to health inequity.

Before joining Novartis, he worked for the Global Health Delivery Project at Harvard, focused on how the private sector addresses public-health needs. He led the development of business case studies on malaria, conducted health systems research, and launched the digital Malaria Treatment and Prevention Community on GHDonline. Kileken has also worked in Nairobi, Kenya for TechnoServe, a Washington DC-based international agricultural development organization and volunteered in the Comoros for Community Centered Conservation focused on business approaches to marine conservation. Kileken was born and raised in Nairobi, Kenya.
