Kelly Fisher

Kelly W. Fisher is the Head of Corporate Sustainability for HSBC Bank USA, appointed in 2015. In her role she has helped to expand HSBC’s leadership role in sustainable finance in the US, created a corporate philanthropy strategy tied to HSBC’s business expertise, and launched HSBC’s U.S. volunteer program “Involve” which increased volunteerism in its second year by 31%. Now she is helping to drive the bank’s new and comprehensive net zero strategy.
Kelly joined HSBC after seven years at Toyota Motor North America, where she spearheaded environmental and safety programs that were recognized for having a meaningful impact while greatly improving corporate reputation. In her tenure there she also created Toyota’s first-ever social media giving campaign, called “100 Cars for Good”. Prior to that, she worked for four years at Goldman Sachs, acting as a program manager for Community TeamWorks, the global volunteer program, and overseeing the global internal marketing campaign for that program.
Kelly currently publishes a series on LinkedIn called “Three Questions…” that highlights HSBC’s most impactful partnerships. In the past, she has held seats on the executive board of Corporate Volunteers of New York and was a recipient of the President’s Volunteer Service Award in 2011. She lives in Sunnyside Gardens, Queens with her husband, dog and two-year-old daughter.
